Nourish your thoughts for a healthy mindset

The mind is a powerful tool; you are capable of becoming what you think and manifesting yourself into reality. Connect between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors; your thoughts are a catalyst; they can ruin you or reframe you. The negative self is a scourge on body, mind, and soul that makes us think too much.

 

Strengthen your conviction. Positive thoughts cannot create miracles. It is not the lack of reflection but the lack of conviction that prevents us from climbing the ladder of success.

 

We know that we can only control a part of our small thoughts while the majority of our thoughts go unconscious and escape.



Free debate always remains only the thoughts that occur in our mind. We believe that the lack of autonomy is truly a drawback for all works of the mind before our ancestors developed consciousness. We exercise power over our thoughts by directing our attention, like a spotlight, to focus on something specific.

The brain is made up of neurons, which are cells that generate electrical impulses for communication. It is estimated that the human brain has nearly 100 billion neurons.

Neurons release brain chemicals, called neurotransmitters, which generate these electrical signals in nearby neurons. Electrical signals propagate.


A STORY THAT TELLS US HOW TO CONTROL NEGATIVE THOUGHTS?






Once a man went to his master and told him that his mind was full of bad thoughts, which bothered him a lot. So he asked the monk to help him with unwanted thoughts.

The man went to meet the monk and was astounded by his modest and uncomplicated way of living. Each night the monk cleaned his utensils, and he did it again in the morning. Curious, the man inquired as to why he was engaging in this behavior. The monk retorted that since some dust settles at night, it is important to make sure the dishes are clean in the morning.


Similar to this, it is vital to engage in a little meditation before bed and in the morning to clear the mind because our minds generate hundreds of thoughts at night, and we are unable to stop thinking about them until the morning.


 In order to live a better life and prevent the restlessness and anxiety we experience throughout the day, it becomes imperative to cleanse the mind through meditation.


 

The man was astounded by the monk's modest and uncomplicated way of life when he went to meet him. Every night the monk cleaned his utensils, and he did it again in the morning. Curious, the man inquired as to why he was engaging in this behavior. The monk replied that care is indispensable so that no dirt settles .

I wish you would make your life more peaceful by doing this meditation and putting aside all the negative thoughts .
