In our lives, we often see that we do not receive the respect we deserve, and we are unable to understand why. Think about nature; we are living in this cycle of life where everything changes with time. We blame, but we don't understand the true meaning of life.

Nature has taught everyone that nothing lasts forever; the days are short and the nights are long with darkness, but in this aspect, we take cues from nature, learn, and grow.

We see that trees start to bud in the spring and that animals like squirrels and chipmunks become more active. According to the lifecycle, bears begin feeding on small prey; this is a natural progression. We also see that there is snowfall in the winter, which means we should embrace the season and recognize its value. There will also be many ups and downs, and you have to accept the influence of your surroundings, especially those who are too close to you. This is primarily because we care deeply about their opinions and even mindful of our behavior. #healthyboundaries

Why is it difficult to say no??

People come to me and ask that we must say no, but it gets difficult then. Respecting oneself, being aware of indispensable emotions, listening to them, and then reacting to make things more #productive, as well as reflecting and not just saying things out of anger that could affect others, can help you avoid regretting them later. Setting #boundaries is now even more difficult; change is difficult, and we must accept it; we will have to struggle; we will face a difficult situation that can cause wounds

Is setting boundaries difficult in the workplace?

Setting limits in the workplace has become crucial. There was a time when I was overburdened with work and felt that all work was assigned to me instead of coworkers. It was important to communicate my feelings clearly and define expectations. Instead of reacting, I responded, which could facilitate a more positive and productive environment.

This is when I practiced #zen, becoming more self-aware.

What happens when you feel overwhelmed?

It happens in our life that we feel overwhelmed; those situations can be very challenging, but we need to accept that this can be an opportunity to learn and grow.

Practical steps to set healthy boundaries

  1. Define your priorities.

  2. Communicate clearly.

  3. Pay attention to your needs.

  4. Start small.

  5. Practice self care
